i was planning to line and color it on sai but sai doesnt color it right so i used gimp to line and color it 8D

hope it looks good and yes i know i drew Tank wrong on his shell but i was too lazy to fix it! DX

He's refusing to remove the artwork.
He said he made a promise to you about getting permission, but he's refusing to remove it.

I'm reporting it to the admins, but they will probably remove it faster if you report it as well.
